First of all, I would like to welcome and thank you. I can promise you I will do everything in my power to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We at Dentistry @ Its Finest, pride ourselves on the superior level of service we provide.

I feel it is important for you to know what to expect during and after your visits to Dentistry @ Its Finest, and what we expect from you, our patient, in return in order to make your treatment successful.

We have 2 general dentists on staff with over 30 years of experience between 3 of us, as well as 2 specialists: an orthodontist and a periodontist. We also contracted with two very experienced anesthesiologists, for patients who desire their dental work to be done  in a comfort of sleep. We offer general dentistry as well as cosmetic dentistry services. 

By now, I am sure you have spoken to Inna, Donna, Alejandra or Karley and found that they are very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions you might have. In case you need help with directions, they can be found in Location tab at the bottom of Home page, or you are welcome to call the office, and I am sure, the ladies will be very helpful with explaining how to get to the office. We are located across from Ganahl Lumber Co between 55 Fwy and Red Hill right next to Animal Hospital. If you would like to have a cleaning at the same appointment, please make sure to let our staff know about your desire at the booking time. They will accommodate you to their best ability.

Our hygienist, RoseMarie, has been practicing over many years. We are privileged to have her working at Dentistry @ Its Finest over 15 years. I know you will find her hands to be very gentle and painless, and she will make you at ease. Crystal, our second hygienist, has been with us for over 10 years. First in a role of a Lead dental assistant, then as a hygienist. She is awesome, and I know, you will like her.

If you are experiencing any pain or discomfort, contact us by scheduling a full check up, please be sure to let the staff know about it at the time of booking as well, so that they can provide a sufficient amount of time for me to make you comfortable.

Yes, there is a bunch of a paper work we need you to fill out due to regulations imposed by regulatory agencies. It will be helpful, and will save a lot of your time at the office, if you can download those forms from the site (Forms tab is located on the right side of our contact page) and bring them to the office filled out or fax them to us at 714.540.1733. This procedure can be done electronically from your home computer through the Internet. This will save a lot of paper and trees.

When you will get to the office, please allow yourself to arrive a couple of minutes earlier in order to take a breath to relax prior to your appointment. We do understand the thought of a dental treatment can bring up some degree of anxiety, but it does not have to. Nowadays we can manage your past experiences. If they were positive, we can build on that. If they were difficult we can offer different options to make it more pleasant, starting from oral medications and laughing gas to putting you totally and comfortably to sleep, so that you can wake up to a brand new smile. One note of warning. If your experience is far and above your expectations, we would appreciate a hug. Fair?

During your first visit we would like to offer you a tour of the practice. We welcome to ask any questions. If I do not have the answer, I promise to find out. After practicing for 20 years, I heard all of them, but I have been surprised on occasion. Like the other day, a patient wanted to know a chemical composition of the dental appliance. I had taken a dental materials class back at USC about 24 years ago, so I had to do my research, but the answer was found.

Please plan about an hour and a half to two hours for your first visit, during which we will gather information, and then will present to you whatever we will discover together during your dental examination. Some digital x-rays will be taken along with photos of your dental health. You can and should know about condition of your dental health. You will be able to see, maybe for the first time in your life, how the teeth look in your mouth. We can offer a latest in dental diagnostics: Diagnodent laser, which helps to find even the smallest caries, not possible to find with a standard tools. We will carefully and thoroughly perform an oral examination and will explain in a lay person language and show you our findings. Please feel free to ask any questions, including what I see in your mouth, what treatment I recommend, my background, experience and education. Even better idea, think of questions prior to the visit, write them down, and bring your list to a consultation appointment. This way you will come prepared and will not forget something important, which you have always wanted to ask.

What else could help is for you to take a couple of minutes and take a look at your smile. Are you happy with your smile? Is there anything you want to improve? Maybe a teeth color, position, shape or their alignment. Whatever it is, we are here for you, and are ready to help, whenever you are ready.

After gathering all the facts, we will come up with a treatment plan together. If something does not make sense, please make sure to let me know, so that I can go over those points, which are not clear, or ones you want to modify. I want you to understand that first and foremost my obligation to you as a patient is your dental health. I want to assure you that I will offer most comprehensive treatment to you in order to keep you in a good health and make sure you keep your smile for life. We will talk about what is more urgent and requires attention now versus what treatment can wait. I will offer my opinion, where we should start. In case you want to modify treatment plan, or you have a different priority, if at all possible, I will make every effort to accommodate your request.

You are the patient, and I am here to serve you. My job, as I see it, is to let you know what I, as a professional, see during an examination. To offer you options how to get to an optimal dental health. It is you job as a patient to understand what I am showing you, and let me know whether you are accepting the whole or part of the treatment at this time. As long as you are ready, and time permits, with your permission your treatment can be started on the same day, if you wish.

After each appointment you will receive an invitation to comment on your experience from Legwork, the company we hired among other things, to monitor our service to you, our patients. We take results of this survey to the heart, and are proud to report that we are rated very good or excellent in 95% in patients experience at our office. Another option is to leave your comments on Yelp or Google. We always appreciate your feedback.

If you enjoy your appointment, and have been treated well, we would like you to share your experience with your friends, neighbors and co-workers, and refer them to us for their dental work.
