Sona Bekmezian is an Orthodontist in Costa Mesa, CA. Dr. Sona grew up in the sunny San Fernando Valley. She loved going to the dentist as a child and her teenage orthodontic experience cinched the deal! After completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology Summa Cum Laude at UCLA, she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of California San Francisco. Dr. Sona stayed at UCSF for Orthodontics residency, concurrently earning a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences.
Dr. Sona received Board Certification from the American Board of Orthodontics and is currently a director on the Board of the California Association of Orthodontists.
