City of Costa Mesa, the action sports hub of the United States and home to brands like Volcom and Vans, is an ideal location for this skate park, which was originally sponsored by Volcom. The city constructed the 24,000-square-foot park in 2005. Skaters from all over the area come to skate on the two bowls as well as street components such as boxes, steps, and rails. The Costa Mesa Skate Park, also known as the Volcom Skatepark, was built to accommodate skaters and skateboarders of varied skill levels. (Source: Travel Costa Mesa)
The Vert Bowl features a unique V configuration, but it still provides room for practically all conventional techniques. The Large Bowl contains parts that are 6, 8, and 9 feet long, as well as large corners and hips. The Mini Peanut is a garage-sized ramp with a full rounded lip part. The Peanut Bowl is a smaller version of the Peanut Bowl, measuring 4-5 feet in length and featuring calm transitions, a roll-in portion, and multiple hips and corners. A euro gap, a 5-stair, multiple rails, manny pads, banks, and some startling obstacles for folks with sophisticated shock absorbers can all be found in the Street Section. (Image Source – Youtube)
